A letter from Fruition Interactive Inc. / Xaccute Interactive Managing Partner Kent Wakely.
I just wanted to take a few minutes to give you a quick update on some big changes that are happening here at Xaccute Interactive, namely that, beginning soon, we’ll no longer be known as Xaccute Interactive. Starting this month, we’ll be known as Fruition Interactive, Inc.. We also have new phone numbers and email addresses.
Some quick FAQs:
Why the change?
A couple of reasons. One, it was the right time in our evolution as a company to become a corporation rather than a sole proprietorship. That’s the Inc. part. The other part is that the way we work has changed since I founded the company over three years ago. Our methods have become less rigid, more agile and more responsive. We wanted a name that better reflects this more organic approach. That’s the Fruition part.
Is the change the result of a merger or some change in your ownership?
Nope.
Are there any project personnel changes happening with this change?
No. Regardless of the name change, we are growing as a company, though, and we expect our staffing needs to grow and change over the course of the year and beyond.

I need to pay an invoice from you — who should I make my cheque payable to?

I need to send you an invoice. Who should I make the invoice out to?
This situation is going to change day to day as we make the transition to the new name. Please call us before preparing your invoice — we’ll be able to give you up to date information then.
I have a signed contract in effect with Xaccute Interactive. Is it still valid?
Yes, absolutely. We may, depending on the status of your contract, ask you to give us permission to transfer the contract to the new company, though. I’ll be following up with everyone that this applies to.
Thanks,
