Fruition Interactive is looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Consultant, with 5+ years experience designing great online experiences that maximize client return on investment.

As a UX lead at Fruition Interactive, you’ll play a leadership role in defining and refining project requirements for our roster of clients including well-known national names and brands as well small and medium sized organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors.

Working collaboratively with cross functional teams of designers, developers, product owners and strategists, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and understand our clients’ challenges and priorities and translate them into actionable plans.

We're looking for someone who is a pro-active communicator and who has great spoken and written communication skills; an excellent sense of, and commitment to teamwork; a high level of maturity and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a group that values big-picture thinking, collaborative process, responding to change and a sustainable work pace.

You should have a high level of expertise in…

• Creating and executing:
  • Creative briefs
  • Business requirements documentation
  • Wireframes, flow diagrams, use cases and other design prototypes and artefacts
  • Client presentations
  • User experience test plans

• Reconciling user experience standards and objectives with clients’ business cases and objectives

• Diplomatically educating clients about the value of User Experience towards their bottom line

• Working iteratively to create user experience designs that evolve over a series of product releases

• Leading user experience testing using listening lab and other methodologies

• Using tools like:
  • Visio
  • Photoshop
  • Fireworks
  • MS Word
  • MS PowerPoint

We’d love it, too, if you have background working with Agile development and project management; but failing that, we’d like to see your strong interest in working in Agile ways.

This is a contract/freelance position with the potential to become a permanent position.
